Central Jeffersonia will remain neutral in this civil war, for now, unless it threatens the security of the North American continent or there are war crimes/atrocities being committed. We shall start to accept refugees in the city of Clarkville, and will establish a no-fly zone at the Central Jeffersonia-Indiana Zorrolandia border, extending north for 100 miles. This no-fly zone is to protect the interests of Central Jeffersonia and any refugees heading south to safety.

For the safety of all North American Nations we are obligated to stay neuteral until things reach a DEFCON rating higher then 3. Once they do we will be forced to take immediate action for the safety of North America. Also all refugees will be granted immediate citizenship, and will be able to live on our new colony on Hispaniola.
