The International Kingdom is lacking a set of Geneva Conventions. As It currently stands what counts as a "War Crime" is completely dependent on the nation that is using the term. Because of this 2 nations have gone to war with me after my senate voted to execute a Prisoner when the National Vote through out TIK came in as a tie. I would like to ask that you have all of the nations vote on what qualifies as a War Crime, and the punishment for committing a War Crime so matters like these can be avoided and handled appropriately.

And I would like to point out that Gerdon has been committing homocide with all the nations that he has gone to war with by killing citizens in populated areas. The citizens did nothing to him. I would like you to consider to put him in military probation if he does that again.

Homicide The deliberate and unlawful killing of one person by another; murder. Yeah that's what he did to my people. And everyone else he fights with.

Total War is a war that is unrestricted in terms of the weapons used, the territory or combatants involved, or the objectives pursued, especially one in which the laws of war are disregarded. Examples are World War 2 and the United States Civil War.
